What to expect at your VIPeel Treatment:

Before your VI Peel Treatment:
1 week Pre-Treatment
Discontinue all topical products containing Tretinoin (Retin-A), Retinols, Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Hydroquinone or exfoliating products
Avoid direct or prolonged sun exposure and use SPF daily.

Skin will be deeply cleansed and analyzed
Provider will determine best formula for your skin goals
Peel will be applied in multiple passes until endpoints are reached
Patient will leave with peel solution on the skin

All VI Peels include a take-home skincare kit with detailed day-by-day instructions to ensure optimal healing and results.
Avoid heat, sweating, saunas, hot yoga, and intense exercise for 72–96 hours.
Avoid direct sun exposure and wear SPF daily.
Do not pick, pull, scrub, or manually exfoliate peeling skin.

Normal post-treatment responses include, but are not limited to the following:
Mild to Moderate Peeling and Flaking (Days 3-7)
Redness and tightness
Mild itching or dryness
Temporary darkening of pigment before improvement
Purging (congestion rising to surface)
Peeling varies from person to person. Your first peel may produce more visible peeling than future treatments. Visible peeling and flaking are not indicators of the effectiveness of your treatment.
