Maya enjoys getting to know her clients and their hair, so that she can continue to improve it at each visit. She believes in letting your hair do what it wants in order to achieve beautiful, low maintenance styles that can be easily recreated at home. She loves that styling has given her the opportunity to be a part of peoples special occasions and big life events.

As a Philadelphia native with Virginia roots, Adia is determined to soar like an eagle & represent “brotherly (& sisterly) love” in all that she does.  Adia enjoys living her best life & helping others do the same by providing what many have called “the best pedicure I’ve ever had.”  Her purpose, passion & positive energy flow through her work as she customizes each service to the specific needs of every client.  She believes in being thorough in every aspect of her work & cleanliness is not an option, it’s a necessity.  She also takes pleasure in educating & advising clients on how to maintain the health & look of their hands, feet & nails between services.  Her goal is to use her skills & love of life & people to make the world a better place, one mani/pedi at a time.  Peace, love & polish!

  Betsy has been a Licensed Master Aesthetician since 2013. She graduated with a BA in Fine Art from Sweet Briar College and has exhibited her paintings in galleries throughout Virginia, as well as New York, West Virginia and Georgia. After enjoying a successful career as a professional painter, she embarked on a second career in medical aesthetics.

  Betsy regularly updates her professional education to stay at the forefront of the industry. She specializes in treatments for difficult skin conditions including severe sun-damage, rosacea and acne. Betsy recognizes that every client has unique skincare needs and she loves customizing treatment plans to provide the safest, most advanced techniques tailored to individual concerns. 

Carole Williams

• Carole has been practicing aesthetics in Richmond, VA since 1996 and received her Master Aesthetics licensure through the Virginia Board of Cosmetology in 2008.

• In 2007 Carole transitioned into medical aesthetics, which allowed her to expand her scope of practice in providing clinical skin care treatments and regimens to her clients and their families.

• Carole attended Virginia Commonwealth University before deciding to pursue an education in aesthetics. More recently, in 2019, she graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition earning her certification as a nutrition and health coach.

Carole enjoys the field of medical aesthetics and the opportunity it provides for continuing education and professional growth. She attends training events annually to stay current on new technologies, treatment protocols and product formulations.

Carole specializes in treatments that address the effects of premature aging and environmental damage, including challenging conditions, such as hyperpigmentation and chronic inflammation. She particularly loves creating treatment plans for her clients dealing with the effects of hormonal changes at various stages in life, as well as educating younger clients on effective, preventative skincare regimens. Inspired by her own interest in wellness practices, Carole combines her training in aesthetics and education in nutrition to provide a holistic, scientific approach to skin health and rejuvenation for her clients.

Her approach starts with a listening ear and considers each clients’ features to enhance their natural beauty. Leslie is excellent at providing a calm, relaxing environment so that both the experience and the results are enjoyable.

LeeAnn Hill, MSN, NPC

Aesthetic Nurse Injector | At Spa Three Ten since 2024

LeeAnn has a passion for aesthetic medicine. She enjoys constantly learning new techniques and advanced procedures, complimenting each client's journey to being their best self.  

LeeAnn has been in the medical field since 1997 and has been a registered nurse since 2000. She went back to school in 2013 to pursue her Masters in Nursing, and became a nurse practitioner in 2015. She has been practicing aesthetic medicine for six years. LeeAnn has experience in pulmonary medicine, nephrology, and weight loss management. She also has proficiency in hair transplantation and regenerative medicine (which includes performing platelet rich plasma injections in joints for chronic pain).  

LeeAnn especially loves pursuing the broad expanse of advanced injection techniques and is always open to broadening both her horizons and the horizons of her clients. She is thorough in her exploration of new and emerging techniques and procedures. 

In her free time, she enjoys working out with her friends and spending time with her family, friends, and new puppy Roxy.
