All package services must be scheduled on the same day. A Spa310 coordinator will be happy to help you schedule your services. A gift certificate number or credit card will be required to secure all package appointments and are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
A 48-hour notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of Spa310 package appointments to avoid a full charge. Services would be charged to your credit card or you would forfeit your gift certificate if applicable. All no-show appointments will incur a full charge.
All Refunds are for salon/spa credit only.
Gratuities are based upon your discretion and are not included in the package price.
